The Virginia Hopkins Health Watch is a newsletter dedicated to the science-based education of women and men about the safe use of bioidentical (natural) hormones, as well as nutrition, prescription drug awareness, and prescription alternatives. The newsletter emphasizes down-to-earth, commonsense solutions and consumer awareness.

The Virginia Hopkins Health Watch is made possible by Virginia Hopkins Test Kits, a website that sells hormone test kits and other useful products.

About Virginia Hopkins

VirHop_whiteVirginia Hopkins, M.A., has been a writer and editor since she graduated from Yale University in 1976. She has a masters degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.

Virginia is the co-author, with John R. Lee, M.D. of the books:

  • What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Breast Cancer,
  • What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About PREmenopause,
  • And the best-selling classic, What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause

She also co-authored another best-seller, Prescription Alternatives, with Earl Mindell, R.Ph., Ph.D., as well as Save Your Sight (Warner Books, 1998), with Marc Rose, M.D.

Virginia was the managing editor of the “Mindell Report” and “The John R. Lee, M.D. Medical Letter” and has or co-authored and/or ghost written more than 30 books on alternative health and nutrition. She is currently the editor of the “Virginia Hopkins Health Watch,” an e-mail newsletter with a wide readership.
