The Sex Drive Solution for Women

sex-drive-solution-for-women-landaDr. Jen’s Power Plan to Fire Up Your Libido

by Jennifer Landa, M.D. and Virginia Hopkins

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, my latest book has hit the shelves. Co-authored with Jennifer Landa, M.D., The Sex Drive Solution for Women: Dr. Jen’s Power Plan to Fire Up Your Libido is a no-nonsense, information-packed guide for women in need of a libido reboot.

Dr. Landa was the ideal co-author because she’s an M.D. and expert with bioidentical hormones, nutrition and supplements, and has a direct, down-to-earth style. She has personal experience with loss of sex drive, and like so many women juggles a busy life.  Her approach to restoring libido includes the happy side effects of weight loss and increased energy.

Here are just a few of the topics covered in the book:

  • Detailed descriptions of the “Genital Zones,” what can go wrong and how to fix it.
  • Libido-boosting herbs and supplements.
  • Oxytocin, the cuddle and bonding hormone.
  • How to use testosterone.
  • Drugs that sabotage your sex life.
  • How to revive the bored libido.
  • Mindfulness and sensuality.
  • Sex after childbirth and children.
  • The fluctuating forties.
  • The Libido Quiz.
  • What if it’s him not me?’
  • And of course, how to have great sex after menopause!

If your sex life has gone south, this is the perfect book to get before Valentine’s Day, and then surprise your partner with some newfound sexual savvy!

Help us out by using the amazon.com link to the right to purchase the book — thanks!

    Dear Ms. Hopkins,

I believe you and I met very briefly at a ZRT Lab conference a few years ago. Today I want to let you know I am a fan of your work, and I encourage my patients to read everything you’ve written!

After reading your e-newsletter today, I went straight to Amazon and ordered your new book. I do a ton of work with libido and women. So I am really looking forward to sharing your book with my patients!

Perhaps it’s already in your book, but I want to mention one product from a small family-owned business in Washington, called “HerGel.” It’s a fantastically slippery lubricant that contains arginine (vasodilator) — but no menthol. It is surprisingly difficult to find an arginine warming lubricant without menthol, and I feel strongly that menthol does not belong “down there.” My patients are so enthusiastic that one of them placed a special order for 6 bottles of the stuff to give away at a bachelorette party 😉 It’s from Wallace O’Farrell Co. in Puyallup, WA.

I would love a chance to say hello in person. If you are interested, please let me know when you plan your next trip to wet but lovely Portland, Ore.

    All the best,
    Dr. Deb McKay
