The Virginia Hopkins Health Watch is a newsletter dedicated to the science-based education of women and men about the safe use of bioidentical (natural) hormones, as well as nutrition, prescription drug awareness, and prescription alternatives. The newsletter emphasizes down-to-earth, commonsense solutions and consumer awareness.

About Virginia Hopkins
Virginia Hopkins, M.A., has been a writer and editor since she graduated from Yale University in 1976. She has a masters degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
